These Terms govern your use of French Again LA's membership programs, website, and related communications (text, WhatsApp, voice memo, and live sessions). By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
French Again LA memberships are intended for adults (18 years or older). By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Membership tiers and their specific inclusions (daily text/voice-memo practice, live sessions, in-person meetups, etc.) are described on our membership page at the time of purchase. We may reasonably adjust scheduling, format, or minor program details to keep the service running smoothly, and will communicate material changes to active members.
Daily practice is delivered via text message and WhatsApp voice memo. By providing your phone number at checkout or during onboarding, you consent to receiving these messages as part of your membership. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Language learning progress varies by individual effort, consistency, and starting point. We do not guarantee specific fluency outcomes, test scores, or timelines.
Membership is for your personal use. Recordings, materials, and curriculum content shared with you are not to be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your household without permission.
French Again LA and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a small number of service providers to run French Again LA, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job: Gumroad (payments), Netlify (website and form hosting), WhatsApp/Meta (daily messaging), and Google Workspace (email). These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
We retain your information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes, after which it is deleted upon request.
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@frenchagainla.com. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA regarding access, deletion, and opting out of the sale of personal information — though we do not sell personal information in the first place.

We want you to feel good about joining French Again LA. Here's how refunds work:
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial payment, contact us at contact@frenchagainla.com for a full refund of that first payment, no questions asked.
Because membership is billed monthly for ongoing access and live coaching time, we don't offer partial refunds for a month already in progress. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
One-time purchases (such as the Summer Series) can be refunded up to 7 days before the first scheduled session. After that point, spots are considered reserved and are non-refundable, though we're happy to help you transfer your spot to someone else if needed.
